seems like there are numerous other companies that are winning races with their head designs that dont take 2-6 months to cnc a head and answer your phone calls at the same time. i dont get how people stick up for zero customer service. their heads might be the best in the business but not returning emails and calls is not something a lot of people wanna have happen to them. especially when they are asked to give a non refundable 500 dollar deposit on a head that they have no idea when they will be getting.

I'm with you on that one..

If you can't get in touch with someone at a company you want to do business with, there is always someone else down the road..

I sent my head to RLZ over the winter and got it back BEFORE I needed it... They asked what my time frame was and made it happen. Spoke with Brad and Wes many times before, during, and after the work.

I'm very happy with the service that I received.

Thanks RLZ!!!

Sorry but We are busy, 500$? we never take payment up front on heads. U want my attention you got it ? Heads are about 3-4 weeks out I dunno where u got 5 months from. thats pretty good right now considering there are over 100 heads in line. We work with the racers they need there parts they get it.

lol im sure you hook up racers. thats why normal people make posts on here saying they never get their stuff. im sure the racers get their stuff.

heres a PM i got yesterday from someone that was interested in a used cnc head i had for sale.

he would just lie to me for no reason i guess after i sold my head?

"RLZ...I went over there and it cost $1000 to cnc my head..but it might take them 2 months...it might only...they want $500 deposit with no refund...I ask them if it took them more than 2 months to do the head will I get my money back..NO..hell with them..I will never go over there no more...Damn I guess you sold your head..I have to call **** and get my send off..."

might be able to say hes lying if there wasnt other threads and posts popping up on here from time to time saying they cant get ahold of you guys or you have had the head forever.

listen man this is an open forum i stated my opinion. i benefit zero from trying to argue with you so im not going to waste my time. like i said you could call me an idiot if this wasnt the first time a thread like this popped up but its not. good luck

i want to know why you think you should get the 500 dollars back, if it was a deposit for the machine work being done on your cyl head?

seems like some people dont think clearly, or understand the fact that other people had their stuff at Rlz before you. relax and take a number........
