I have a 96 cx hatch that i converted from auto to 5spd and dropped a 99 jdm b18c in it and running a obd1 chipped p28. turns over good but when i put the key in and turn it to on the lights on the cluster comes on and then turns off then the check engine light comes back on and it wont start at all.I have went threw the whole engine bay harness and its good. I have a new ecu new main relay new engine bay fuse box have checked every fuse . I dont know what to try now so i need some advise anything could help this is my dailey so i need it back running

 

yu 100% sure that chip is for yur motor?
