Close a/f ratios for 0-1V O2 sensor
Well, after about a week of screwing around with a wideband and a 0-1v single wire o2 sensor, here it is. This chart is based on out put from a new single wire 0-1v bosch o2 and compared to output from a diy-wb kit w/ an NGK sensor, and remember, this chart is setup as so because the 0-1V o2 sensor does not have temperature correction like the wideband kits do, so here is voltage output compared to egt and a/f ratio. disclaimer: dont tune your motor by this alone, this is only to give you an idea of where you're at:
xxxx 932F 1382F 1652F
11.8 .975 .906 .847
11.9 .973 .903 .843
12.0 .970 .900 .839
12.1 .968 .897 .834
12.2 .966 .894 .830
12.3 .963 .891 .826
12.4 .960 .888 .822
12.5 .959 .885 .818
There you go, remember, don't solely tune a car by this, but it should get you close before hitting the dyno. good luck!
