water in head light

Default water in head light

I have water or condensation in drivers side head light .Is there a way to get it out or do i have to replace it? Thanks jim

Did u ride through a stream to get water in there ? I don't see how you could have gotten water in there !

No .about 6 mo. ago i had to change the pass. side. I dont know how water gets in there.

Remove the the back covers and the headlight bulbs then let it sit in the sun or have the car facing where the sunlight is coming. That should dry up the moisture on the inside with the sun at it and back covers open to let cool air in.

also make sure you reseal them with some silicone and that should keep any moisture from coming in
