hey guys, lately i have set my eyes on doing track days, got my first track day coming up in 2 weeks.

I have a 96 Ek1 Sedan, and was wondering is it worth buying a hatchback for a track car or just keep the sedan.

 

Keep the sedan.Better aero over the boot than a hatchback imo and a little more weight past the rear wheels would help a front wheel drive turn in better also imo.

 

since you're new why spend money?

after the first season you may find out racing isn't for you and then be stuck with an extra car (not a problem IMO )

was searching around and all i saw was hatchies, so why not be a little different.
