Default Alternator wiring question

Black /yellow::::::::::::Black/yellow : IG
White /Blue::::::::::::::white /blue : Dash Charge light
White/ Yellow:::::::::::White/green : Alt Control
Blue::::::::::::::::::::White/red : Alt Switch

I need to know what is considered to be the "field" wire. Like if I intended to turn the alternator on manually via switch, which wire would I tap into for that purpose?

My logic tells me "blue" but I just want to double check before I fry the piston rings and Dom and the mad scientist have to rip apart the block to fix the damage I did.
