Default has anybody had trouble with vacuum leaks between the iab plate?

i recently noticed that i have a vacuum leak, whenever i turn off the car i hear a swooshing sound, kind of like a vacuum cleaner being turned off. this sound comes from the drivers side, opposite to the intake. I double checked this by taking a hose and using it as a 'stethoscope' to pin point it. When the engine is running you can hear air moving in the intake manifold right between the iab plate on the drivers side. i have also used carb cleaner to check the leak and i hear the fluid being sucked in but thing thing is i dont know if its being sucked because the gasket is soaked or because of the leak itself . I have already replaced the both gaskets yet i still hear it. has anybody had trouble with this before?

You only have a vacuum leak if the car idles high or bounces up and down...
