the problem im having is when i start her up she revs to 2500 rpms then comes down slowly and dies out in order to keep her on i have to keep giving it gas if not she dies, when i take her out for a spin she gets no more than 20mph like if shes clogged, i have not changed out the iacv, fit, or the tps. another thing to when shes on but not cranked over the speed dometer starts bouncing up and down like if i was driving. i need serious help....and not all vaccum hoses are on some are missing if possible i need the vaccum diagram the engine is a F22A4

Post a pic with your missing hose. If the hood is original, the vacuum diagram should be right under it.
