My car: 1999 Accord V6, 178,000 miles

Problem:

When the car is moving, The AC blowing a cold air, but it will quit cold air when the car stops. One time in the parking lot, when the car is idling, I turn on AC, the engine stalls.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

your ac system could be overcharged? did you put freon into it? do you know previous owner put freon? also bad battery or ground connections could cause it to stall since theres to much resistance. an ac compressor clutch puts a lot of load on the battery. or it stalling could mean dirty, clogged iacv. or dirty throttle body plate. trust me. a dirty throttle body can cause a no start or stall symptoms. also check your condenser it could be clogged with leaves and what not. and lastly is your ac fan turning on when you turn on the ac? both fans should turn on with ac on

-AC was OK last summer, never recharge since then.

-Battery terminals look dirty, previous owner put a lot of grease on the terminals, I will clean them off, or maybe need a new battery?

-The car run very fine without AC, it stalls only when AC is on.

-Condenser clogged because the leaves or dirt? I will check it out and clean if off.

-AC fans? you mean dashboard fans? yes, they are on. Or you mean AC fans somewhere under hood?

i mean the ac fans under the hood, do they both turn on with the ac on? also look into the iacv it wouldnt hurt to check the trottle body plate and clean the fitv as well and adjust it it will make a heck of a difference https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-accord-1990-2002-2/cleaning-iacv-fitv-tb-1844067/

and for the symptom of it only blowing cold air when the car is moving only could be from it being undercharged.

Can't get in this website for past few days. OK, the AC valve (where the freon is recharged) was leak, causing freon getting low. I replaced the valve and recharge freon
---->> It's OK now.
