I have one spark plug wire popping out. Right now I have all NGK spark plug wire. I just found out that you can buy just one wire OEM Honda Parts from Sons Honda. Question is can i have two different spark plug wire? It popping out because i has a power steering leak and the fluid got on the wire and it made it big. Now it doesn’t fit.

yes, you can run different wires, but it's not recommended. You should replace them as a set unless money/labor is a real issue.
