Default Type r needs help ASAP! :(

Ok so first of all, I have a 1998 Integra, jdm front end and everything seems to be wired correctly, well my park light fuse is getting no power, I know I have a short somewhere but can't find it. I started looking around and happens that driver side parking light wires were melte together, ok sounds like I found problem
Right? No... I traced the wire(blk&red wire) back around where brake master cylinder is and cut them out the harness and ran diff wires and grounds, so now there's no short corcuits under hood. Well my park lights still wasn't working, I've done alot of research and yes I'm getting power to that wire with DRLs on. Now when I go back inside car, there's no power to parking light fuse at the fuse box. Fuses are good. So I did more research and read that it might be my switch since the fuse at fuse box receives power from the switchb when DRLs are on, so I went and tapped into wire(red/green) to see if it has power and it does, yet no power at fuse from fuse box. What culd be wrong?

I would recommend checking the wiring again for something you possibly missed. Wiring looks good then move on to your switch. Electrical problems suck, just remember to have patience, you'll find it.

I'll post pics tomorrow, but some far it's a lost I been working on it all day. RE-did radio wires, nothing. Unplugged radio harness (to test if it's getting a short from radio wires) and it still does it. What I did find interesting was I unplugged the harnesseses from the brain of The alarm, viper 5901. And of course, the relay that was ran wuldnt power up so what I did I ran a fuse to where I originally wasn't gettin power and it powered on! But 2 mins after it blew that aswell, but with the brain connected I get no power to that slot on fuse box. SOOO CONFUSING.

Check continuity on the wires in question.
