Default Civic fuel filter issue

Hi Everybody!

Can somebody tell me where can I find the fuel filter in my 2005 Civic EP1?

Thanks in advance.

I don't believe they are meant to be serviced, it is located in the gas tank itself on the fuel pump. it's just a screen that keeps sediments from getting into the fuel lines. Why do you suspect that you need to change it?

there is no "filter" only a fuel pump sock.

You can take it off if you'd like and spray it down with brake cleaner to try to clean it out. I was found a part number after hours and hours of searching but never bought it. Just cleaned mine when I swapped pumps

Thanks for the replies! If it's a part of the fuel pump then fine. I thought it's a separete filter like in other models where it's recommended to change after 50-60 tausend kms. Thanks again!
