skunkworks coilovers Quick Queston!!
I just bought coilovers for my 5th gen, and i was wondering if it came with all the necessary parts, i'll need to buy a few extra rubber o ring for sure, but the question is, how many of those flat, round, rubber things do i need? the dood, i bought it from used only gave me 2, thanks in advance!
The standard set of rubber O-rings that come with the Skunk2 sleeves includes 3 different sizes. If I were you-I would call Skunk and order the package that they put in the box. Cannot tell you the size you need and the ones they have are absolutely the right ones. Just my experience with my Koni "yellow" shocks and the new sleeves for my CRX (which is the same for all Hondas btw) is that I wound up using a thin O-ring on the bottom near the perch and a slightly thicker one on top of the shocks and actually had to help the upper O-ring in to postion with a small wood dowel. My 5th gen Prelude is very similar Make sure to lube the O-rings with some spray or it will be hard to get everything todether. Another thing-if you have Koni shocks-DO NOT use the stamped perches-get a set of the flat plate (looks like a washer with a groove machined on one sid) perches direct from Koni. You want moe help drop me an e-mail).

i think i put 2 per corner, also a quick note i used some electrical tape over the o rings and down the strut to hold the o rings in place because they kept pushing down as i slid the sleeve over the strut
