I don't think the price for it is that bad. I just bought a 99 Lude w/ 39,000 miles and it was priced at 15,9?? as well. I would probably try to get them to go a little lower though, due to the mileage, but that is just my personal opinion.

ive already had a GS-R and now im wanting something a lil bigger and just something different. plus insurance on a GS-R is crazy.. its an extra $300 every 6-months while the prelude is the same as im paying now. right now im just waiting for Nissan to transfer the title over to me so i can trade in this POS truck!

right now its between this used prelude or a new Civic Si. so im debating... new or used.

I paid 15,400 for my lude with almost those exact same specs from a dealer. You're at a good starting price, you can get a good deal off of that.

I bought my 97 Prelude when it was three years old in 00 (same age as the one you're looking at) and I paid $14k even for it, I talked them down from $17k. The car only had 47k miles on it too. I'm sure you can talk them down. If not, just buy mine, it's for sale (check sig) Good luck with it!

I got my 99 Pearl white Prelude Base 5spd for 13,300 with 60K on the Odo.

so your deal isnt too bad.. its got about 15k less miles.. i`d try to talk them down to 14's

Thougth I noticed that that lude doenst have a spoiler tho, and i dunno mine was pretty much basic spoiler floor mat, mud guards (took them off), and new kumho tires

Leather was never a Honda factory option in the US on any Prelude 97-01. The rare ones that you will find that have leather are just an aftermarket leather kit (like Katzkin, etc.) installed by the dealer.

Your best bet is to just buy one with the cloth and install a get a leather kit installed...
