the particle board/cardboard/whatever cover that goes under the carpet and on top of the spare...anyone have one in good shape?

You could probably make your own for less time/money/effort then it would take to buy one. Just run over to Lowe's and pick up some particle board, cut it the how you want it, and you're done.
