Icon2 90 si tranny

i just broke my 1-2 gear shift fork in my si tranny and i was reading that you can use 92-95 1-2 shift fork and some people say you cant.so i am wondering what is true.

Go with the stock fork if your down inside the internals I'd recommend a rebuild as well

I know you can take all the guts from a Hydro case, and put them in a Cable case, but I dont know if the parts swap over. I would assume they do though, but no personal experience.

92-95 shift forks will not work in 90 transmission - also, you cannot swap the 92-95 internals into the 88-91 case - both mainshaft and countershaft are longer, so you can't get the case back together
