so i left my dome light on, and when i woke up, i had to call a friend to get jumped

he came over and jumped me, no problems with the jump, but i think something shorted out from me trying to start it with low power before. now the tach is fluttery a little but, the parking brake light is lit up 1/2 way, my blinkers aren't blinking at normal speed, and it seems like the draw from the short is so bad, that it's stalling out the car at idol.

i'll check all the fuses in the morning, but is there any way for me to test the blinker relays?

any suggestions would be helpful.

sounds like you are not getting enough charge, check your charging system (alternator, wiring....).
