Default Ap1 Clutch issue

Well I finally got my car running after a long fought battle of purchasing a shell and piecing a motor together. from the crank all the way to the valve cover.

Im throwing 3 codes p141 p116 p411. Im really not worried about that, but what concerns me is the clutch. Brand New OEM clutch.

2001 Ap1 stock with a test pipe and a walbro 255 fuel pump. (shell came with pump, I did NOT install it)

Clutch pedal feels limp as hell at the top but hard as hell at the bottom, I bled it and it has pressure, but I have to put my whole leg in to it to activate the cluth switch to even crank the car up?? what gives?? I mean I have to push hard with my right leg down on the clutch to crank it up.
