Default 1990 Civic STD Rad Fan

Hi there,

n00b question......

When should my rad fan be engaging? Should it fire up when they key is turned to ACC?

Noticed engine is getting hot, can't confirm if the rad fan is firing up or not.

Anyway to troubleshoot?

Any help is appreciated!

Cheers!
