Default 11" wilwood BBK

I am having an issue because the center bore of the hub does not stick out far enough to stick through the disc and into the wheel. When I put my wheel on its not engaging with the hub to center on it. Have others had this issue?

When installing the line fitting into the caliper do you use any sealant? Couldnt find any info on wilwoods site.
