Hey honda tech im having a problem with a swap...I had a h22A4 in crx that was running perfectly with a tuned p28. I went los compression on 3 pistons so decided to try out the blue top. I changed over everything from the h22 over to the h23, full intake manifold, and nothing was changed. yesterday morning the h22 turned on perfectly, and in afternoon started up the h23 it started reving like crazy up to 4-5k...what would cause it if nothing was moved...
