FA5 Stock Navi Looking to get aftermarket system
Hi guys so i've been trying to google and search for a forum to answer my questions and i haven't been successful, but here it goes
I'm looking to get 2 12in L7's with a kicker amp while retaining my stock indash NAVI in my FA5, i've been readin up as well and my question is getting something like the JL Cleansweep (200$) is a must correct? as well as will i need the JL Cleansweep Summing device (100$) since i have the civic SI with the "Premium sound" in it?
I guess my real question is if I go with JL/Kicker What all do i need besides
JL CleanSweep
JL Cleansweep Summing Signal Interface
Subwoofers
Amp
Wire Kit
Thanks ahead of time for the information again i don't want to go after market HU due to already having the navi in the stock one and i already have the subs/amp from previous car.

technically you can get away with just running a line out converter, amp wiring, and amp/subs of your choice. 8thcivic has a ton of write ups on adding subs while retaining the factory head unit both navigation and non navigation.
would u mind helping me find where they are via the navigation, what are the pro's and con's as far as just using an LOC i'm so confused money isn't that much of an issue, and i can only find non-navi write ups thank y0u ahead of time.
if you are happy with what the factory head unit, and just want more bass, then running a line out converter will work just fine and the concept is the for the non navi head unit. you are pretty much just tapping into the factory sub speaker wires with the LOC, running the RCA cable to the LOC, then running the rest of the amp/speaker wire through the car. Very easy to do.
