How much should I offer my friend for his greddy 4-2-1 stainless steel header. Its been used for about a year. I want to get a good deal, any ideas on a good price for both of us?

well, anything under $350 for a used one is a good deal if you ask me (having in mind it's in good condition).

 

I got mine new for $370 shipped so I would offer $250 for it.
