Default STILL have knock in suspension after rebuilding the entire front.

Greetings ladies and gents. I bought my 98 V6 4-dr right at one year ago. Since I got it I have replaced a laundry list including:
Axles, strut rod bushings, upper and lower control arms and ball joints, sway bar links, rack and pinion, outer tie rods, all 4 struts and front strut mount bushings and had the right front wheel re-centered since it was 1.5" behind center when measured center cap to center cap.

I still have intermittent knocking from the suspension with no consistency of recreation that I have caught a pattern of.

Ideas? I have been given one or 2 but I will not guide your responses by telling them yet.
Thanks ahead of time.

What kind of condition are your engine/transmission mounts in? Wheel bearings? Im just trying to think what else would cause that issue... Intermittent knocking in my CRX like this drove me crazy because I could NOT figure out what was causing it...

Have you checked your sway bar end links and bushings?

ALMOST positive its suspension, not truly certain on engine/trans mounts condition but thats my next step. When I first got the car the left engine mount was missing BOTH bolts but have been replaced. I work at Napa at the main warehouse for my area. My mechanic, who is also one of my stores customers, noted the missing bolts but didnt seem concerned about the mount itself so I assume they are good. The engine does not move around in its cradle from what I have seen.

Wheel bearings make zero noise going down the road and when I had them off to do ball joints they spun mighty freely.
Sway bar links are brand new, replaced 2 months ago, did not do the bushings and they didnt tell me they were bad, but I will address that possibility with them soon.

This morning it knocked 4 times just taking the kids to school. Once as soon as I started backing out of the driveway, once when I ran over a lane marker reflector, once as I made a right turn from a stop crossing a smooth railroad crossing and once as I pulled into my driveway which has a stiff lip for rain runoff.

And....the car is starting to pull to the right again....2nd defective rack in a row. both had freeplay in the steering. The first was nearly an inch and simply could not be aligned. This one is about 1/4 inch and has been aligned but I HATE loose steering. Thankfully I work at Napa and all my parts have a lifetime warranty AND I got them installed at a Napa sponsored Car Care Center...FREE LABOR CLAIMS yay.
