Default 97 civic ex no start

whats up everyone. i got a issue with this car thats been working on me. It just got a tune ( plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter) then it lost spark. Replaced the dist. and it fired. Now it doesnt start. Cranks fine, timing belt is ok, has spark, but it floods. Noid is super bright. Theres no cel. ECT reads normal, but the injectors are running like 34ms. Soooooo my question is has anyone had a ecu go bad or am i missing something that would cause it to go full rich?
Thanks

there's something that went out on me a few years ago on me - it's called the ignitor inside the distributor. a small piece that's pretty tight up behind the rotor inside of the distributor. ya, you gotta get that plastic covering off to get to it. held on by 1 small bolt.
mine would start and would flood too. but then again, I had no spark either. make sure you got good spark - if not, then it's somethin to research

check all injectors for good bill of health,
make sure none are sticking, if this was the case you would have a hole wetter than the others

I'm thinking its more of a control issue because the nous light is super bright. And the objectors are running at like 34ms when normally its like 15 ish

i had the same problem the car would crank and i would only get a battery and oil light on only and no cel i ended up rigging it up there is a wire(i believe it was a black and yellow stripe or red stripe wire) at the ecu that i grounded that wire and the cel came on the car then started. i also noticed the fuel pump also kicked in when i grounded that wire. if i could i would like to fix it the right way if any one know what it can be i can ck that wire tomarrow and let you know it can be worth a shot.
