Default 38mm Wastegate, 44mm Flange. What to do?

So I have a Tial 38mm VBAND wastegate and a 44mm VBAND flanged manifold.
What are my options?

Can I just get an adapter? Most of the adapters I've seen are 2-bolt to VBAND.

Any suggestions?

Thank you.

Take it to a welder and have them cut off the old flange and weld on correct flange or the above

Didn't really want to deal with selling, buying another.

You've already been given the answer then. Take it to a fab shop and have them cut and weld the correct flange on. People do it all the time.
