Ok so when i spray wd40 on the lever its fine. But if its humid or just getting in from not driving for a day i can press the pedal down and it'll take literally seconds to return..how would i go about greasint the lever?
I would check/replace the busings... #26

Are you talking about the 1) hand-lever, or the 2) foot-pedal?
Yea, thats a diff. story.

While transmission is out, I would also look at #1 and #2, release bearing and release fork, maybe just replace the bearing, they are cheap enough.
It would also be a good time to do the clutch if it is getting close to needing one. 94

just replaced clutch/pressure plate/release bearing and resurfaced my flywheel. it didnt do this before i replaced it..if i spray wd40 on it though it loosens up and is actually easier to deal with while driving.. i really hope i dont have to pull out the tranny cause i did it twice already and its a b*tch

No grease was put on the release bearing thing..could that be it? And no its a new cable.. Im spraying wd40 on the lever the end of the cable goes to. The bolt looking part.
Very likely! There are two places where it's critical that there be the correct type of lubricant. Not on the release bearing face where it touches the fingers, but elsewhere.
Unhook the cable and see if you can work the release lever by hand, and see how easy it is to do so.
