Default Rear Brakes Locking

Recently been having issues with rear brakes locking. Drove to work a little while ago, rear drivers side wheel was sizzling hot, all others were okay. Took off wheel and caliper, screwed piston back into caliper - problem solved...for two weeks. This morning, drive to work, rear drivers side wheel sizzling hot. Left work after 8 hours, got home, rear passengers side wheel sizzling hot, all others okay. Seems like caliper problem is less likely since both sides are wacked. Any ideas? Start with a full flush? My dad mentioned something about the proportioning valve. Any suggestions about it? Thanks.

Grease the slide pins, most common cause.
