99 Si: Is there vacuum lines on the bottom of the engine?

I just finished installing a turbo kit on my friends Integra and there is a bad vacuum leak somewhere because its idling at ~2500. I checked the diagram and everything is in place it seems. I sprayed in between runners two and three and the car starts idling decent which leads me to believe something down there is leaking.
There is nothing on the vacuum diagram that points down there. Any tips on what to look for or what could be leaking? PCV valve?

it doesnt hurt to change the pcv valve and inexpensive.
your link didnt work but i have the same motor you have listed.
there is one vacuum on the lower backside of the intake mani i believe it goes to the cruise control you can check that one because mine came off before and my car was idling erratic when it was off. i believe you can cap it if you dont have cc.

We figured it out. The part that "locks" into the canister behind the engine wasnt fully inserted and it was causing a big vacuum leak. We snapped it in and double checked everything. It now runs perfectly and its idling at 1000RPM right now :D!!
As for the cruise control, that one is plugged because the blow off valve is getting vacuum from there. Thanks though!
