can using h22 pulleys on f22 ps pump affect performance?
well long story short is i have a cb7 with f22vtec(95 accord), used the ps pump and bracket from the f22 but used crank pulley and power steering pully from my h22 that blew as i already had the belt to fit the h22 pulleys. fresh rebuild on the ps pump also. my problem is at idle the steering wheel is hard to turn(as if no ps) but soon as you raise the rpm the wheel get easy to turn. my question is b/c the h22 pulley(crank and ps) are smaller in diameter are they not spinning the ps pump enuff at idle? with the larger ps and crank pulley they would be spinning the pump more at idle i believe. just dont know if they h22 pulley are not spinning the pump according to factory spec. or could this be another issue? my rack or nothing for that matter are leaking. the car had fluid from previous owner and not sure if its honda ps fluid either although i added a 12oz bottle of honda fluid when i installed rebuilt pump. if you have any ideas lmk, thx
