Hello I have aproblem whit my DA I just put a new trowout bearing and it still makes that horrible noise so my question is can it be my tranny?

Also as I dive I hear this cruuuuuuuuu coming out of my tranny like if something is loose in there

 

Despite the vagueness of your post, I'm going to guess that you have a bad bearing in your tranny somewhere. Time for a rebuild. If you got the dough, you should put an LSD in while you're at it.
