GSR Lost Fuel Pressure to the Rail
I just rebuilt the motor.. and had it on the option to not use the fuel injectors yesterday so I could get some oil pressure going in the motor.
Once I enabled the injectors in neptune I noticed I had a leak at the rail where the fuel line connects. Today I fix the issue with the crush washers and go to start her up and notice I have no fuel pressure at all.
I only checked the fuel pump fuse which is good, and I do hear it priming.
Any help appreciated

Yes I enabled and disabled it several times and used the live update feature. I did not upload any maps though in an attempt to fix the issue. I was assuming it was either that or I blew out some type of fuse or relay. Kind of stumped right now
pop the return line off the pressure relief valve (regulator) on the fuel rail.
place a cup or any small container under the return port.
"key on" to prime the pump & fuel system (if system is dry, key on 2 or 3 times).
verify fuel is going through the rail - it's possible that your crush washers pinched off the inlet port on the rail.
If fuel is going through the rail, I'd test the pr valve next (swap for a known good one).

Thanks for that info. I have a AEM rail and dont see any relief valve on it. What I did do is put a cup to the gas inlet side of the rail (the fuel line that goes to the rail from the fuel filter), keyed it 4 times and nothing was in the cup.

Okay I got what you were saying with the pressure relief valve. I have another one I can change it to. Will see if that fixes the issue. Anyone else like to chime in? Thanks!!
Could my china walboro have taken a dump? I do hear it doing something back there when keying the ignition. Relays? Fuses? Wheres the tech guys at?
So upon searching for some answers I came across a possible main relay issue. So I go to see if I hear any clicks when going from first and second keyturn and it's totally silent. It does sound like the fuel pump is priming though. Advice please!
Well I think I hear the main relay as I opened up the glove and heard a single click when in the second turn of the key. Right after the fuel pump stopped. Checked some fuses but still nothing
So going from this.. http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/mainrelay.html
I am not hearing all these clicks. Possible my walboro on stock wiring could of taken the toll on the main relay?
The Main Relay will click three times during the starting process. When problems arise, one of those clicks (usually the third) is missing, making those clicks a handy diagnostics tool. If you consistently hear/feel all three clicks, the Relay is fine. DO NOT REPLACE IT.
Turn ignition to ON (but not to START): Click 1
Check Engine light goes off: Click 2
You now turn the key to START: Click 3

Checked my 00 crv and it sounds like it has the single click at the main relay as well so even more stumped as mine has the single click as well. Its a 99 civic by the way.

Turn ign. to run, not all the way to start, and there will be two (2) clicks, it may sound/feel like one as they are very close together, first click is the injector relay, second click is the fuel pump relay.
At the same time, [turning ign. on] the CEL will come on along with the rest of the cluster and the fuel pump will turn on and prime foe no more then a few sec.
After a few sec. there will be a 3rd click, [fuel pump relay turning off] the pump will stop priming and the CEL will go out.
There is a 4th when you turn ign. to start, [fuel pump relay turning on again].
The ECU/ECM controls the fuel pump relay, the injector relay is controlled by the ign. switch, even if the ECU/ECM was not in the car, there should still be one click from the PGM-FI Main Relay, [injector relay turning on] when you turn the ign. switch on, if there is no "first" click the fuel pump can not work.
There are more then a few reasons why a fuel pump is not working, including obviously, a bad pump, but a non working injector relay is at the top of the list.
It sounds like you may have blown a fuse, confirm that the PGM-FI Main Relay is not "clicking" when you turn on the ign. switch, hold the relay in your hand when turning on the ign., it is easier to feel the click(s) then to hear them.
What is the MM&Y of the car? 94
