Icon2 Camber kit

Hello,

I just recently noticed that the rear tires on my 2007 honda civic ex is slightly arched inwards. I did some research online and came to know it has something to do with the camber kits. I also called my mechanic and he said to try a four wheel alignment because most cars have adjustable camber. I called honda and they said to to install a rear upper control arm kit which I'm guessing is the same as camber kit?

Is this what I am looking for to correct the problem?

And for the front ones:

Thanks!
