td 24u same as td 23u?

td 24u same as td 23u?
my distributor is taking a dump the bearings makeing noises. the stock one thats on the car now is a td 23u. from what ive seen online theres also a td 24u that looks identical will it work? are they both the same? or interchangeable? thanks.
