Im picking up an ls sedan from my buddy and just trying to get a fair price for both of us

Its a 96 ls 4 door original purple, very clean paint
very clean tan interior
no rust besides oh so slight bubbling on the 1 quarter
245k on chassis and original motor
power everything

springs with stock struts
steelies
stage 3 6puck clutch
timing belt/water pump recently done

it needs
windsheild
motor mount inserts
master cylinder (hes including one)
battery
new key made, old one rounded off

i know the price differs in the area, we are in the north east

I was thinking ~1600$?
dont have any pics at this time

 

yeah that sounds right 1500to at max 2300! but that without the mileage.... and bad paint ..the paints on its way once the clear starts bubbling
