You probably have your 2 power wires mixed up, the power wire that goes straight to the battery goes on the left/top post, and the engine harness power wire goes on teh one to the right/bottom.

Maybe something els is touching and giving power , I found that the 12v wire of my radio was melted inside the radio bay on the metal. Lucky the fuse saved my car .

This can be serious danger , try disconnecting some wires , or remove a fuse each , till you lose the power then track that fuse wire/source .

I don't know just an idea , hope it can help.

Remove battery power after you leave your car. Till this is fixed

Are all fuses inside the car unplugged ? The fuses box under the driving seat.
Wich wires do make clicking sound ? Point their numbers from the pic.

A fast suggestion remove all fuses above and keep the power ( T1 ) only , do you still get power on bay?

I don't know what that 42 fuse is for , couldn't find diagram for that model , check what the fuse refer to , then track that source wire , or first open and check the fuse box , make sure that fuse slot is not touching with something els.

not making fun of you in any way, but you don't seem to have a lot of electrical knowledge, is there anyone you know from here who could help you? it sounds like you've got a mess, sometimes it's not a bad thing to admit you are in over your head, I would help you if I was nearby, I could probably figure this out quick, but it's hard to do over the net

I agree with lost, if you are confused and lost on what to do , try asking specialist , that what I do It's hard to judge on the net without examing or seeing it.

For what B20ztek said , if it is the battery fuse , and you get power by only plugging it , I beleive it when provide power to T101 , something in that track give power to bay.
That what I think.

You have a grounding problem, check/redo the main grounds, [batt. to chassis and chassis to engine]

On a DC circuit if a meter or test light indicates power on what should be a ground, engine block, cars frame/chassis it is because there is no ground, you are reading the power on the other side of a load. 94

The whole point of a tuck is to get rid of any wiring you do not need and hide the rest.

Have you redone your main grounds yet? 94

Not yet i went out and bought another harness because i thought thats what was wrong but it keeps doing it so im going to put everything back and then ground my chasis and my engine and all go from there. Should the ground cable for the engine harness have power running through. As well?

No grounds should have power running through them, however, if a ground lead is not grounded when tested it will show power, as mentioned, you are "seeing" the power that is on the other side of the load the ground is for.

Technically it is the other way around, but that's a diff. story, DC circuits are common ground, so power from the batt, runs to the load, [lets say the dome light is the load] then the door pin switch supplies the dome light, [load] with a ground, the light turns on, if you remove the pin switch and test the lead, it will test as power, once you ground the lead it will test as a ground.

Make sure there is a ground cable running from the batt. neg.(-) to the cars chassis, stock location is under the batt. "box" the ground cable then continues to the engine.

It makes no diff. how you do it, as long as both the cars chassis and the engine are grounded back to the batt. neg.(-), remember all the wiring harness grounds are grounded to either the chassis or the engine, so if either one is not grounded back to the batt. any harness that is grounded to either one will test as power, even any point on the engine or chassis will test as power. 94

To eliminate the starter, starter solenoid and start circuit as the problem do a bypass jump and test the starter circuit...https://honda-tech.com/forums/showth...cm+bypass+jump 94
