will 16x8.25 +0 offset fit on a em2? and looking for wheels semi cheep sugesstions?

They won't fit without one or more of the following:
1. Unsafe tire sizes (stretched)
2. Unsafe amounts of negative camber
3. Widebody kit/fender flares

thanks i was just wondering im not the biggest on offsets. what offset for 8s would be flush? or atleast look good

For a 7" wide wheel, you're looking at about +28 for a wheel that will sit flush with properly sized tires. For an 8" wide wheel, you're looking at about +45 or so.
