96 Accord-Driver Seatbelt Buckle Replacement
Hi, I have a 96 Honda Accord EX. Recently the driver's seat belt buckle was loose sometime so that the seat belt couldn't be locked properly. I had to try couple of times to make seat beat was locked completely. The Honda dealer will charge me about $110 for diagnosis and inspection. I plan to buy a driver seat belt buckle online and replace it by myself. Any one has experience and procedule about this replacement? Should I remove driver's seat (chair) before replacing seat beat buckle? Thank you very much!
You could check with Honda. I think all their cars have lifetime seatbelt warranty. Let me know if you have any success trying to get ir replaced for free.

When you loosen the anchor bolt, remove b-pillar cover and top seat belt cap and remove the bolt and it should come out. I also posted the schematics.
