So i live in chicago and the emission test are once a year here and i have an 06 civic si I/H and i want to get flashpro now with tune. so my question is, if im going to have to switch to stock header just for a day to pass emission, will it mess up my tune or something? and if it does how do u guys pass emission .thanks guys

 

I haven't the slightest idea what the emisson stadards/testing are for your state but just plan to have to put the stock header/cat back on and if you have flashpro reload the stock tune to the ecu. After smog, put your go fast parts back on. And as far as "messing" up the tune, as long as you have that tune file saved you can always reflash it to the ecu.
