so i have this 89 integra ls 5 speed and it will turn but it will sound like it wants to fire up but you can here it and then it just goes dead... alot of fuel is reaching cause it is a tremendous smell of gas in my garage. idk what to do umm if you can please i need the help.

 

Was it running before? Do you have spark?

 

yes i have spark and everything. my timing is right did it 5 times. and i got brand new spark plugs.. but i also dont have a valve cover gasket... is that what might be wrong with it.?

 

but it also never drove.. it ran but never drove it..
