Default HELP 98 accord tail light

Ok I've just recently pulled the engine out of my girls 98 accord automatic to replace the transmission. Well the car is back together and good besides the tail lights/ park and gauge cluster lights won't work. I've check and changed every fuse in the dash panel on the side of the dash, I've checked and double checked the dash"under hood" fuse panel. No luck. Any ideas? Also I've noticed that having the headlights on with the keys in the ignition but the car isn't started the headlights won't fully warm up( HID bulbs)
Any help greatly appreciated

Just me but one common thing is the #10 fuse in the PASS side fuse panel?

If you are sure the fuses are fine, pull the dash dimmer, put a volt meter on the Red/Blk wire to the dimmer with the lights on and let us know the voltage reading.

man this sounds familiar...

This problem happens on these cars and I have never seen a solution yet.

I fixed my same problem by running a few new wires.

Yea and the 6th have their own set up. Then add auto off....And you know as well as I do how many times people come back and tell what worked.....or there are a bunch of Honda's running around without tail lights

I'm not always blaming the dimmer, it is just an easy place to check for voltage on the red/blk.
