Icon3 Running light issue

ok so i have a 1997 honda civic dx... sedan
and one day all 6 of my running lights went out...
i replaced all the bulbs and no fix.
i checked wires and fuses. no fix...
i looked at my other friends civic and they didnt have fuses in the running light, and running light relay on their fuse box under the dash either.

my light switch by my steering wheel does tweek out sometimes when i try to use my left blinker but when i leave the switch in parking lights on it still makes that noise when the car is off and i open the door. like its sending power but the lights arnt comming on.... any ideas on how to fix....

replace the switch it happen to me... or just use your friends switch to test it..

fixed it! thanks for the suggestion.... aperantly my running lights were connected to the licnese plate light fuse, which happened to be popped!
