Default What brand of Exhaust?

I have plans to build my LS non vtec/turbo. I don't know what kind of exhaust to install though. I know there are tons of brand names and I know depending on which exhaust I get, it is going to deliver different perf. I guess what I want to know is what not to get and what the best brands are that give the best perf. Thanks.

a tube is a tube.. just cuz it has some brand name on it doesnt make it better then a custom kit. If you want to spend 500-600 on some name, then do it..

If you want the same performance for half the cost,

go here: http://www.vrsexhaust.com/TUBING_KIT.../honda_tk.html

then pick out whatever muffler/resonator combo u want.

Yes, its probably best to do a custom exhaust. Just buy the piping and muffler you want.

For mandrel bent 304 stainless steel piping: http://www.mandrelexhaustsystems.com...EXHAUST/Detail

I'm a believer that every turbo car should be straight piped. It helps by providing less back pressure, which is always good, and also sound the nicest.

If you're into brand names, then the T1R 70mm is a good choice in terms of performance, sound, and quality. They are one of the best.
