Default d15b2 civic wagon. motor wont do anything

whats up guys.. a while ago i rear ended a truck in my 89 civic wagon now that its warming up i want to try and get it back on the road. the problem im having is that when i turn the key my motor doesnt do anything. all the dash lights come on the fuel pump primes and the main relay clicks..i can get all lights(headlights / brakes) to work but while im holding the key over to start it nothing happens the motor wont even make a noise. dont hear anything from the starter either.

things ive checked:
ECU(not throwing any codes)

Main relay( the old one still sounds like it works but i replaced it to be sure)

starter( when i turn the key the starter wouldnt do anything so i took it and got it checked out and it works fine)

grounds(all the grounds seem to be fine and have a good connection)

fuel pump( when i turn the key it still primes)

altenator (still works fine)

motor( its not locked up and turns freely)

spark plugs( they seem good but changed them to be sure)

here are some pics of the car after i wrecked it

and this is it now

if anyone has any idea as to what could be the problem please let me know!

The ignition switch might be bad, try using a screw driver to start it at the starter with the ignition switch on
