head code? what head is this?

PM3-run of the mill 16valve non VTEC head from 88-95, it has a 95 stamped on it too. So pretty safe to assume 95ish DX/LX?

It's on a zc block in my 91 si. Assumed its a a6 head but never known for sure

Displacement isn't calculated using the head.

And in case you didn't know, all 16valve non VTEC heads from 88-95 are of the same casting which is why I included "PM3" in my original response. So to answer your question, no it doesn't mean it's a 1.5 head.

Maybe someone else can confirm what the "-3" significance is...or you can research it. I know I've seen at least one thread trying to decipher the dash numbers.

Yea but all non vtec 16 valves were 1.5 after the a6 arnt they? Pm3-3 in 1995 would be a d15b#?

In the US market with respect to 92-95 D-series engines yes. Worldwide no. And you already stated that you have a ZC.
