ls vtec??? HELP?!?!
ok so i picked up a crx with a b20b block and a b16 head
looks like they did the conversion but idk if it as done correctly
i just took the head off today and the dowel pins are there but i couldnt tell if they blocked off the other port
also idk if they used higher comp pistons..the pistons look fresh and in really good condition
if abyone can help...please do

then i dont think its plugged..this is my first ls/vtec motor so im confised and just wanna make it work.i dont remember seeing a plug in there and do you know which hols is supposed to be plugged. also if the pistons arent after market will it still run for a while or blow. cause i keep reading about the aftermarket pistons

IMPORTANT!!! Does it have an oil feed steel braided line running to the back of the head on the distributor side? If not DO NOT start the motor it will blow up instantly. The hole you plug on the head is normally the oil line, without the new line added there is no oil circulation in the head or engine which is very very bad

Yea nothing in that head is plugged. You can find kits with the sandwhich plate, the steel line and fittings, the tap, and the plug online for like 150 bucks or something.
