I own a Crx and the cluster actually works from the speed, rpm, fuel, and temp
The problem I have is that it doesn't aluminate at night when I turn on my lights I end up still having an all black cluster.

Any help on how I can fix that or what could b wrong on it.

 

Make sure the dimmer **** works. If that isn't it, check the fuse.
