IACV causing hanging RPM's/throttle?
The past month I've noticed my RPM's sometimes hanging around 1,200K-1,800 RPM's after coasting in N or when coming to a stop. I also notice when I put the car in gear and the RPM's are hanging at those numbers I won't need to press down on the gas pedal and it will stick. Can a IACV being causing a open throttle? I cleaned the throttle body last week and the IACV was last cleaned a couple months ago. I don't think it's the throttle cable sticking either because I pull the gas pedal to see if the RPM's drop and they don't. It doesn't happen all the time too.

Why do you suspect you have a sticking throttle cable? Best place to check that is between the cable bracket and TB rotor. There should be 10-12mm of deflection in the cable with the throttle closed.
Other wise the IACV would be next on the list of suspects.
