Default 01 integra gsr catconverter 1000 dollars any help to track down one.

So i am a oem natzi when it comes to my 01 integra gsr
so ive replaced both my up and down stream 02 sensors and i still have the code for the cat. I really refuse to buy any other parts then the dealer oem.
I drove to arizona to purchase this car from a 57 year old with very few miles there for I dont not want a duralast weld in cat. shes as if it rolled off of the production line as close as possible.

ive taken a few blows when it comes to buying oem parts but i knew this would come one day.
any ideas of sourcing a replacement ?

monitors please lock if need be im not trying to sell anything just reference some parts ive read the FAQ.

Buy used. I don't see how else you're going to buy a cheaper oem cat when that site already discounts the parts compared to buying from the dealer.

you can get a used jdm cat for $100, would be a good excuse to upgrade to the 96-97 spec itr exhaust manifold. looks similar to the gsr manifold but has a 2.5" collector and real primaries. these fetch maybe 200 used. that's 300 all said and done

or, magnaflow makes a direct fit cat for your car, $150 from summit racing. complete bolt in with factory flanges

condition is the whole issue. steve at hmotorsonline.com usually has a cat or two in stock. www.jdmdirectimport.com might as well BUT japan did flood and they are a big island. that said you're likely to see marine air and rusted bolts. i actually have a 96-97 jdm itr upper half manifold i'd sell for $40 plus shipping, but, you can see the marine air on the heat shield. also, there is a gsr direct fit cat, i've personally bought it years back when i restored a gsr.

here's the difference
