problems with my 16z6

hey guys im new to this websites and also a noobie to hondas but i have a d16z6.for some odd reason when i gas my car my engine slowly dies.it'll b turn on n running but once you gas it'll slowly dies.can anyone help me n find the problem.plz get back at me asap.thx!

Clogged catalytic converter will do that.

Just get a test pipe. Dont spend alot of money on a cat and spend 30-50$ on a test pipe
